EAHM would like to welcome our two new faculty members and Associate Professors who have joined our family, Dr. Daniel Kleber and Dr. Gulen Hashmi.

They bring more than ten years of teaching experience to EAHM, and with their knowledge and expertise in the hospitality industry, they will serve as a great asset to the academy.

Professor Dr Daniel Marco-Stefan Kleber brings with him over 10 years of professional teaching and industry experience and is currently holding a professorship in International Business, Innovation and Tourism Management at EAHM in Dubai. In addition to his PhD in Innovation & Management Sciences, Prof. Kleber is holding 3 Master's degrees in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Int. Hospitality and Tourism Management and a German Diploma in Hotel Economics. He gained 5 years of valuable professional and industry experience at renowned multinational corporations such as SAP AG in Switzerland, the Steigenberger Hotel Group and Fa. Conequity UG.

With more than 20 years’ experience in the field of hospitality, Dr Gulen Hashmi has capitalized on her work experience with multiple hotel brands and moved to the education side of hospitality where she is now sharing her knowledge with our future talent. Dr Hashmi’s academic research focuses on hospitality sustainability strategies, sustainable luxury management and organizational transformation for sustainability.
