Course Details
Who is it for: This course is a guide for anyone looking to open their own F&B concept. This course is also beneficial for individuals that already own their own small and medium Food & Beverage concepts. This course is also aimed at Restaurant Managers, Assistant Restaurant Managers, Bar Managers, Food & Beverage Managers, Assistant F&B Managers, Executive Chefs and Sous Chefs.
Course fees: AED 4,000 (exclusive of 5% VAT)
Prerequisites: The programme does not require any prerequisites.
No. of participants: Minimum 10 and maximum 20 participants
Delivery mode: In-person at EAHM campus
Course Timing: 09:00 - 17:00
Certification: A certificate of attendance from The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management will be issued upon completion for participants that have attended all 5 days of the training program.
