One of our precious alumni, Chanel is passionate about all customer experiences since her time with us at EAHM, especially within the hospitality industry.

Growing up in South Africa, her desire to see the world led her to study hospitality management in two major hubs: Switzerland and Dubai. She then went on to work in several areas within the industry, lastly finding herself in a position that she was meant to be in: Business Excellence. She took this area of expertise and passion for addressing a niche she had noticed while at hotels. With Magnify, she launched a modern mystery shopping agency specifically targeted at the hospitality industry.
